Signboard Launching
On 28th July, 2010 the Signboard of Kota Kinabalu Lions Ambulance Society, (LASS) was officially launched by Lions Clubs International 1st Vice President (2010-2011) Dr Tam Wing Kun.

1st Annual General Meeting
On 29th July, 2010 the 1st Annual General Meeting was held at Sabah Kidney Society Premises. 24 members attended. The 1st Management Committee for 2010-2012 of The Kota Kinabalu Lions Ambulance Service Society, (LASS) was elected.

Soft Opening of LASS Call Centre
On 1st January, 2011 led by Founding Chairman Lion Dr. Wah Hai Sit, the committee and Lion members turned up for the cleaning up and soft opening of LASS Call Centre.
Our First Ambulance Van
With the support of Lions Clubs in Kota Kinabalu and surrounding areas, as well as, the Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF), Kota Kinabalu Lions Ambulance Service Society, (LASS) purchased its 1st unit of full-equipped Ambulance Van in January 2011.
Commencement of Ambulance Service
Free Emergency Ambulance service commenced on 1st March, 2011, on office hours from 08:00hrs to 17:00hrs, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Official Launching of Ambulance Service
On 13th March, 2011 the free Emergency Lions Ambulance Service was officially launched by YB Dato’ Hajjah Aziza Datuk Seri Penglima Mohd Dun, State Community Development and Consumer Affairs Minister.

Official Visit of Lions Clubs International 1st Vice President, Multiple District 308 Council Chairperson & District Governor 308-A2 (2012-2013)
Official visit of LCI 1st Vice President Barry Palmer to Kota Kinabalu Lions Ambulance Service Society, accompanied by District Governor 308-A2 Chieng Eu Hea, his Cabinet Officers, Lions and LASS members. Also present were Past International Director Hjh Ellis Suriyati, MD 308 Council Chairperson Kenneth Saw, Past Council Chairperson Datuk Dr. Naga, Past District Governor Cheng Yik Siong, on 1st July, 2012.

2nd Ambulance Van
Again, with support from 15 Lions Clubs in Region 5 (Kota Kinabalu, Tanjung Aru, Penampang, Beaufort and Tuaran), Lions Clubs International Foundation and the generous public, the Society received the 2nd unit of Ambulance in October 2012.
Launching of KK Lions Ambulance Service Society Community Health Services by Mayor of Kota Kinabalu City
The KK Lions Ambulance Service Society Community Health Services at Lintasan Deasoka, Jalan Gaya was officially launched by YBhg. Datuk Abidin Madingkir, Mayor of Kota Kinabalu City on 28th July, 2013. Also present were Special Guest Lions Clubs International President (2013-2014) Barry Palmer, Past International Director Hjh Ellis Suriyati, District Governor 308-A2 (2013-2014) Kung Kuok Yiew, Lion Dignitaries, Lions and LASS members.

7KM Charity Fun Run
On 2nd July, 2017, KK Lions Ambulance Service Society organized the 1st Charity Fun Run – 7KM Run To Save Lives at SJK Chung Hwa (C) Likas. YBhg. Datuk Joannes Solidau, Ketua Pengarah DBKK, representing the Guest of Honour YBhg. Datuk Yeo Boon Hai, Lord Mayor of Kota Kinabalu City conducted the Flag Off Ceremony. Some 1,300 runners including families and friends participated in the Run.
